Rum Swizzle

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. black rum such as Hog Bay
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. grenadine
  • 3 dash(es) Angostura bitters
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a tall glass or a pint glass and add crushed ice.
  2. Using a swizzle stick or a bar spoon, swizzle ingredients as a means of mixing ingredients and adding dilution.
  3. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
