Board of Directors
Total Wine & More’s Board of Directors is an esteemed group of executive professionals with expertise in all facets of the retail experience. Introduced in 2011, the Board’s vision for the company is continued growth through providing outstanding customer service, an outstanding selection and the lowest prices.
Adrian is one of the most respected business leaders in America and abroad. He comes to Total Wine & More with more than 40 years of corporate retail experience. Adrian, a proven CEO and Chairman, has served as Executive Chairman of the Body Shop International, Chairman and CEO of DFS Group Limited, and Chairman of Gucci. Most recently, Mr. Bellamy has been serving as Chairman of Reckitt Benckiser PLC, a 12 billion dollar leader in household products operating in over 180 countries. He is Chairman of the Board for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., with 3.5 billion in revenue and great brands such as Pottery Barn, West Elm and Williams Sonoma Home, one of the most successful internet businesses in retailing. Adrian serves as well on the corporate boards of Gap, Inc., and Labelux Group. Previous Board experience includes the Robert Mondavi Corporation, South African Breweries Ltd., and Starbucks Corporation. Adrian earned his BCom and MBL degrees from the University of South Africa.
Judy joins the Total Wine Board in addition to serving on numerous other boards which include: Allstate, Experian Ltd., Intercontinental Exchange, Reckitt Benckiser, Royal Ahold, and Rothschild’s Bank. Past board experience includes CBS Corporation and Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc. Judy’s most recent professional career was as the President & CEO of Transora, Inc. and previously as CEO, Foods Group of Sara Lee. Prior to running the Food Group, Judy served as Sara Lee’s Chief Financial Officer. She has also worked at Nalco Chemical Company (Assistant Treasurer), Esmark, Inc. (Director, Treasury Management), Continental Bank of Chicago and Harris Bank. Judy earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
Barry comes to the Total Wine Board as an influential player in the marketing world. He currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at LivingSocial, the local online marketplace with over 70 million members worldwide. Prior to his role at LivingSocial, Barry served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Best Buy Company, a multinational retailer with over 3,500 stores and revenues of $50 billion. Barry held several executive roles at Best Buy Company over a ten year span including CMO; VP, Customer Centricity; SVP, Marketing; SVP, Consumer Brand Marketing. His professional career also includes marketing experience at Caribou Coffee Company, Pillsbury Company, Gatorade Company, as well as Young & Rubicam, Inc. Barry earned his Bachelor Degree from Brown University and Master of Business Administration in Marketing from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Kevin joins the Total Wine Board bringing his expertise as an integral part of the supply chain world. He currently serves as CEO of Fleet Pride, the largest independent distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the United States, with over 490 locations. Prior to his role at FleetPride, Kevin served as President of North America for all Office Depot divisions. Kevin has previously served at Office Depot as President of North America Retail Division and earlier as EVP, Supply Chain & IT. While at W.W. Grainger, Kevin served as SVP, Supply Chain & Merchandising; VP, Supply Chain & Merchandising; and, VP, Inventory Management. His career also includes time at Home Depot (VP and GM, Home Depot Commercial Direct; VP, Supply Chain & Merchandising) and McMaster-Carr Supply Company. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of La Verne and Master of Business Administration from the Northwestern University.
Peter adds Total Wine & More to his current board involvement, which includes Canadian Tire Corporation, Godiva Chocolatier, Jack Wills, an upscale high fashion retailer and The Second Cup, a Canadian Specialty Coffee Chain. He served as Chairman (2008-2009) and Chief Executive Officer (2002-2008) of The Body Shop International PLC a one billion dollar cosmetic retailer with 2,400 stores worldwide. He served at T. Eaton Company as COO & Chief Merchant, and SVP Merchandising & Inventory Flow Management (1993-1997). He began his career at Kalium Chemicals as a Chemist. Peter earned his Bachelor of Science from McGill University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
