They are responsible for managing our online presence across many channels and ensuring our position in the online marketplace is competitive. The eCommerce team strives to provide the same high-quality experience with our brand online as customers experience in our stores.

This team is tasked with forecasting our sales, developing store schedules and developing field payroll plans. They ensure that we have the right people at the right place and at the right time to service all of our customers and keep our stores looking great.
Loss Prevention & Safety
Safeguarding Total Wine & More.
Our Loss Prevention & Safety team works to support the laws that govern the wine, beer and spirits industry. In addition, they develop and implement programs designed to reduce shortage and maintain a safe shopping and working environment in our stores and corporate office.
Total Wine & More has an in-house team that is responsible for developing and implementing all of our marketing and branding efforts. From print to broadcast, our high-performing team takes marketing programs from concept to execution and helps drive our customers to our stores.
Passion for the product.
The Merchandising department is responsible for our incredible wine, beer and spirits assortments. They search the world for the best selection and values that keep our customers coming back. They are at the core of our business and ensure that we are always ahead of our competition.
The Promotions group works closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to help determine the best promotional concepts that will grow our business while keeping our customers happy. They review business intelligence, monitor trends and track results to ensure our marketing efforts are on target.
Price it right!
We pride ourselves on having the lowest prices every day and it is our Pricing team that makes this happen. They compare our prices to local competitors on thousands of items and price each of our markets independently to make sure we are always providing out customers the best price possible. In addition, we buy in large quantities to keep our costs low and pass along these savings. The pricing team is passionate about pricing our products right for our customers.

This team works to decide our overall real estate strategy. They negotiate leases, design and build our stores and then make sure they are maintained for our customers. They are a huge reason we have been able to grow to 80+ stores across the US.
Making it easier for our stores.
This team is responsible for Communications, systems and process improvements and customer care. They work across functions to develop, implement and evaluate best practices so our stores can operate efficiently and our team members can take care of our customers.
Where supply meets demand.
The supply chain team facilitates product movement between suppliers and our stores. They work as a team to make sure that we have the right product in our stores at the right time for our customers by managing the orders, inventory, and store replenishment functions.
