This Store Manger (SM) position is responsible for the total operation of a retail store. The SM sets high standards and holds direct reports accountable to those standards. SM requires continuously focusing on Driving Results through improving performance of the store. The position requires the SM to remain focused on sales, margin, while not losing focus on customer service. This position builds partnerships with vendors, as well as the community. This candidate can identify wins and capitalize on them and be able to implement change on a wider scope. The SM is responsible for understanding reports and can communicate concerns with all levels of the organization. No current openings
This Assistant Manager (AM) position is responsible for working closely with both the Store Manager and the Wine Manager on day to day operations. The AM ensures that service, selection, and value are delivered daily through their role as an active Manager on Duty. The AM assists with hiring, training and retaining team members and works closely with the Store Manager to deliver planned payroll and controllable expenses. An AM is responsible for Driving Results through their team members. This Wine Manager (WM) position is responsible for working closely with both the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager on day to day operations. The WM ensures that service, selection, and value are delivered daily through their role as an active Manager on Duty. The WM assists with hiring, training and retaining team members and works closely with the Store Manager to deliver planned payroll and controllable expenses. They are expected to drive execution on all Wine Operations best practices, specifically with the Replenishment systems receiving, merchandising and pricing/signing strategies. Wine Team Member
A Wine Team Member’s (WTM) primary responsibilities are to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and margin. They are accountable for learning and sharing TWM’s full product portfolio while maintaining a well stocked store that is accurately signed and merchandised to the company’s standards.
