Our wine team travels the world looking for new and exciting wines. They have forged relationships with hundreds of winegrowers, many of whom don’t have big marketing budgets. What they do have are big hearts, which they pour into making their wines.
These relationships give us exclusive access to some truly exceptional wines. More important, they allow us to bring the wine directly from the winery to you, cutting down costs and allowing us to deliver incredible values to you.

Baldacci Family Vineyards Baldacci Family Vineyards was a lifelong dream of Brenda and Tom Baldacci. In 1997 when he and his family purchased their vineyard located on the southern slope of a gentle knoll in the Stags Leap District, they fell in love not only with the 20 acres of vineyard but also with carrying on the tradition of creating wines for family and friends. The Stags Leap District in Napa Valley is known for its history of producing superior quality, powerful Cabernet Sauvignon with a velvety texture. With origins dating back to 1916, Baldacci’s goal is to grow the finest grapes and minimally handle them, allowing their unique qualities to come through in the finished wine.
Chappellet Winery The Chappellet family’s romance with Pritchard Hill started more than four decades ago with Donn and Molly Chappellet. Inspired by the notion that Bacchus loves the hills, they followed the advice of renowned winemaker André Tchelistcheff and settled on Pritchard Hill’s rocky slopes. The rugged terroir has become legendary for producing wines with great intensity and depth – qualities that define the world’s finest Cabernet Sauvignons. Chappellet wines have consistently received the highest praise from critics and are sought after by the world’s premier collectors. Today, a second generation of the family has joined their parents in embracing the romance of Pritchard Hill. They are passionate about preserving the land and continuing what Donn and Molly began – making extraordinary wines.

Courtney Benham Courtney Benham was raised in California’s San Joaquin Valley. As a third generation native he developed respect for the land: its promise, and its care. Courtney worked summers in his father’s vineyards and almond orchards … tilling, irrigating, tending and harvesting. It was during these long summer days that he began dreaming of his own wine business. After graduating from the University of California Berkeley in the early 1980’s, Courtney worked in all aspects of his father’s winery for eight more years to further his knowledge on running a successful winery. He later co-founded the Blackstone label which quickly became the top-selling Merlot in the United States. Courtney has spent the last 20 years dedicating his time and skills in producing wines he is now proud to label with his name.
Cadence Cadence is dedicated to showcasing the finest vineyard sites in Washington State. Their Bordeaux-styled blends are an interpretation of the best qualities reflected in Washington’s greatest vineyard terroir. Owners Ben Smith and Gaye McNutt entered the wine business after successful careers in other fields. Together they traveled the state’s winemaking regions in search of land to buy so they could plant and source fruit from their own vineyards. Their search focused on Red Mountain and as luck would have it, they stumbled on a “For Sale” sign for a small parcel of rugged land. They named the vineyard Cara Mia after their daughter Cara. The name Cadence reflects the owner’s love of opera, dance, and also their involvement in competitive cycling and triathlons. The wines of Cadence evoke the qualities of balance, harmony and precision.
