Pinot Grigio is currently the most popular white wine produced in Italy, Pinot Grigio grapes are mostly grown in the northeastern regions of Italy. Most Pinot Grigio is dry with fruit flavors of pear and apple with hints of lemon and mineral. They range from light to medium body and should be consumed when they are fresh and young.
