Picking Up Your Order

What do I need to bring with me for in-store pickup?

When picking up your order, we ask that you present:

1. Government-issued, photo ID.
2. Your order confirmation.

Can I pick up my order at another store?

Yes. You must contact our customer care team online or by phone at 1-855-330-6673 if you would like to arrange pickup at another Total Wine & More store. Pickup at another store can only be accommodated if the products you’re requesting are available at the alternate location. A customer service representative will make the necessary adjustment to your order and you will receive a new order confirmation email.

Where do I pick up my order?

Your order will be processed at the customer service desk at the store. Simply stop at the customer service desk and let them know you are there to pickup a web order.

Can I send someone else to pick up my order?

Yes. If you have placed your order online, please call 1-855-330-6673 to speak to Customer Care and arrange for someone else to pick up your order. The person picking up your order will need to present either a hard or soft copy of the "ready to be picked up" email. If the ID of the third party shares the same last name and/or address as the billing information on the order, you do NOT need to call.

If phoning in your order, please inform Customer Care that someone else will be picking up the order.

When can I pick up my order?

Pickup orders may be claimed during the store’s normal business hours. To check your local stores hours, please use the Store Locator.

South Carolina stores: Orders containing Spirits may only be picked up during Spirits store hours. Please use our Store Locator to find exact hours for your store, but note that our Spirits stores are closed on Sunday in all South Carolina stores.

Minnesota stores, Texas stores & Towson, MD: Closed on Sunday. Please plan to pick up your order Monday-Saturday.

How soon will my pickup order be ready?

Total Wine & More offers its customers two options for pickup, Standard and Express.

1) Standard Pickup

DE, FL, GA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, SC, TX, VA, and select Washington stores:
Orders placed for Standard Pickup will be available in 24 hours for pickup during the store’s normal business hours. In the event the 24 hour window falls outside of the store’s normal business hours, the order will be available for pickup the following business day during the store’s normal business hours.

AZ, CA, and select Washington stores:
Orders placed using the Standard Pickup option in and placed no later than 11:00am local time will be available by 4:00pm the same business day. If the order is placed after 11:00am local time using the Standard Pickup option it will be available the following business day during the store’s normal business hours.

2) Express Pickup

DE, FL, GA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, SC, TX, VA, and select Washington stores:
Orders placed using the Express Pickup option and placed no later than 11:00am local time will be available by 4pm the same business day. If the order is placed after 11:00am local time using the Express Pickup option it will be available the following business day during the store’s normal business hours.

AZ, CA, and select Washington stores:
Orders placed using the Express Pickup option in will be available for pickup within 1 hour on the same business day. If the order is placed after business hours or less than 1 hour from closing time using the Express Pickup option it will be available the following business day.

For all pickup orders, Total Wine & More will send you an email indicating when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email confirmation before coming to the store to ensure that your order is ready for you.

How long will you hold my pickup order before restocking it?

We will hold orders for 14 calendar days after the order is placed.
