Shipping Info

Does Total Wine & More ship to my state?

Yes, we ship to all 50 states.

AZ, CA, CT, FL, NJ, NV, WA: Shipping Wine, Spirits and Gifts.
AK, DC, ID, MO, NC, ND, NH, NM, OR, VA, WY: Shipping Wine and Gifts.
All other states: At this time, shipping is available for non-alcoholic Gifts (Accessories, Glassware, etc.).

Can I deliver to an international address?

No, we are only able to ship and deliver to US addresses.

Can I send my order to someone else as a gift?

Yes; as long as the address is within our shipping area. On the Billing / Review page during Checkout, you may select the gift option and include a personalized note! Keep in mind that the receiver must be over 21 years of age to accept at delivery.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you cannot split one order to go to multiple addresses.

Do you ship in time of hot and cold temperatures?

We will ship during these times; but keep in mind that your order may be delayed during extreme weather. We work closely with UPS to ensure orders are protected.

Do you ship to P.O., A.P.O or F.P.O box offices?

We cannot ship to a P.O., A.P.O., or F.P.O. boxes.

What do you require to receive shipment?

An adult signature is required in order to accept an order containing alcohol. UPS will require an ID upon delivery, to ensure the receiver is over 21. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order.

What if I’m not around to sign for the shipment?

Shipping Methods & Rates

After placing an order, how long does it take to ship?

Our goal is to process and ship orders same day. However, if an order is placed after 3 PM (local time) it may ship the following business day.

What are the available shipping options? What are your shipping rates?

The available options for shipping are Overnight, 2-Day Air and Ground. The cart will calculate the rate based on the weight of the contents and the method selected for shipment. The rate for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are updated.

How do I track my order?

You may track your orders by logging into your account on our website and checking "Order History." 

How can I get delivery alerts and re-schedule my order delivery?

UPS My Choice lets you track your packages, provides delivery alerts and lets you decide when and where your packages arrive. Learn more and get started with deliveries on your schedule.

What is an undeliverable package? What should I do?

An undeliverable package happens when no one is available to sign for the package, or when an address is incorrect. Undeliverable packages will be returned to our fulfillment center after attempts by UPS are complete. If you have concerns that your shipment is now marked as "undelivered," please contact Customer Care.

Ordering from Southern California? Total Wine & More now offers store to home delivery from Eclipse Messenger.

How do I get my order delivered?

1. Set your store preference as either Tustin or Huntington Beach and “Pick Up” as your shopping preference (see below for details on delivery areas for each store)
2. Place your order on TotalWine.com
3. Call Eclipse Messenger at 1-877-546-3001 and use code 2500 to schedule delivery.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is only available in Southern California, and depends on where you live, see below for cities where your Total Wine & More order can be delivered by Eclipse Messenger.

All Total Wine & More orders that are scheduled for delivery by Eclipse Messenger can be delivered to homes, businesses and events in any of the cities detailed above.

If you live in a gated community, please let the guard station know ahead of time that Eclipse Messenger will be making a delivery.

What information do I need to provide to schedule a delivery?

When calling Eclipse Messenger to schedule delivery, be sure to mention code 2500. You will need to provide them with your name, delivery address & phone number, credit card for payment, total cost of your order, and what your order consists of (example: 2 cases of wine, 4 cases of beer, 4 bottles spirits - no need for brand names).

How much does delivery cost and is the cost included in my order total on TotalWine.com?

The cost of the delivery starts at $25 for up to one case, each additional case will cost $2.75 (three cases would cost $30.50). This is not included in your order total when you place your order online. All delivery costs will be collected by Eclipse Messenger when you call them to schedule delivery.

Who will deliver my order?

All Total Wine & More orders that are scheduled for delivery will be delivered by a professional driver from Eclipse Messenger. Delivery drivers do not work for Total Wine & More, please direct any questions regarding your order (product, billing, etc) to your local store and any questions about delivery service to Eclipse Messenger at 1-877-546-3001.

Can I request a specific person to make my future deliveries?

When calling Eclipse Messenger to schedule delivery, please mention that you have a specific delivery person in mind, they will accommodate that request whenever it is possible.

How long does it take to get my delivery?

Eclipse Messenger will have your delivery to you within 4 hours from the time you place your delivery request with them (not from the time the order was placed with Total Wine & More). Express delivery is also available, Express delivery orders can be delivered within an hour of the order being pulled. For any special requests, please call 1-877-546-3001 to speak with an Eclipse Messenger dispatcher.

Is my order insured?

Yes, $200 of insurance is included. Additional insurance may be purchased when you call Eclipse Messenger to schedule delivery.

Do I schedule with Eclipse first or purchase with Total Wine?

All orders must be placed with Total Wine first, then delivery can be scheduled with Eclipse Messenger. Call 1-877-546-3001 to speak with Eclipse Messenger with any questions or to schedule delivery.

How will you know what to pick up?

The staff of Total Wine will pull your order and have it ready under your name. Eclipse Messenger will confirm that they have the complete order, sign for it and bring it to your desired location.

What happens if no one is there to receive the delivery?

When calling Eclipse Messenger to schedule delivery, you must tell them who can sign for the delivery; they must be over 21 and have a valid ID. If you know you will not be available to accept delivery, call Eclipse Messenger right away at 1-877-546-3001 (do not call your Total Wine & More store). Eclipse Messenger will attempt to contact you should there be missing a qualified person to receive the order. If they are not able to get in touch with you, the delivery driver will wait 5 minutes and return the order to the store and you will be charged for the return trip. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL WE LEAVE AN ORDER UNSIGNED FOR OR WITH A MINOR.

Is there a limit to how much I may have delivered?

Eclipse Messenger will do its best to accommodate large orders. When you call 1-877-546-3001 to schedule delivery, you will be required to disclose the size of the order and can discuss delivery options at that time.

What if I want to return an item(s)?

You will have to either request a new delivery pickup to be taken back to the store, or take the item back to Total Wine & More to complete the return in person.
