What is the shipping schedule for the 2013-14 Holiday Season?
Customers who want their WINE and ACCESSORIES orders delivered by Tuesday, December 24 (Christmas Eve) should use the dates below as a guide and place their orders no later than 3:00PM local time:
► UPS Ground Shipping: Order by Friday, December 13
► UPS 2nd Day Air: Order by Friday, December 20
► UPS Next Day Air: Order by Monday, December 23
Customers who want their GIFT CARD orders delivered by Tuesday, December 24 (Christmas Eve) should use the dates below as a guide and place their orders no later than 1:00PM EST:

Total Wine & More customers placing WINE and ACCESSORIES orders to be shipped should be advised of changes in normal shipping procedure based on the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, see the table below for details.

Does Total Wine & More ship to my state?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states.
AK, AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, ID, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OR, VA, WA, WY: Shipping Wine and Gifts.
All other states: At this time, shipping is available for non-alcoholic Gifts (Accessories, Glassware, etc.).
Can I deliver to an international address?
No, we are only able to ship and deliver to US addresses.
Can I send my order to someone else as a gift?
Yes; as long as the address is within our shipping area. On the Billing / Review page during Checkout, you may select the gift option and include a personalized note! Keep in mind that the receiver must be over 21 years of age to accept at delivery.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, you cannot split one order to go to multiple addresses.
Do you ship in time of hot and cold temperatures?
To protect the integrity of your purchase, Total Wine & More will hold wine shipments in extreme heat conditions. Customers will be notified via email if the order has been delayed because of the weather.
Do you ship to P.O., A.P.O or F.P.O box offices?
We cannot ship to a P.O., A.P.O., or F.P.O. boxes.
What do you require to receive shipment?
An adult signature is required in order to accept an order containing alcohol. UPS will require an ID upon delivery, to ensure the receiver is over 21. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order.
What if I’m not around to sign for the shipment?

After placing an order, how long does it take to ship?
Our goal is to process and ship orders same day. However, if an order is placed after 3 PM (local time) it may ship the following business day.

What are the available shipping options? What are your shipping rates?
The available options for shipping are Overnight, 2-Day Air and Ground. The cart will calculate the rate based on the weight of the contents and the method selected for shipment. The rate for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are updated.^ Top

You may track your orders by logging into your account on our website and checking "Order History."
How can I get delivery alerts and re-schedule my order delivery?

What is an undeliverable package? What should I do?
An undeliverable package happens when no one is available to sign for the package, or when an address is incorrect. Undeliverable packages will be returned to our fulfillment center after attempts by UPS are complete. If you have concerns that your shipment is now marked as "undelivered," please contact Customer Care.^ Top
