Dallas, TX – Meet the Team

Matt Galligan
Store Manager

Matt has been with Total Wine & More for over three years, most recently managing a store in Charlotte, NC. His favorite part of his job is assisting new customers in our stores and showing them all that we have to offer. Since joining the company, Matt has expanded his knowledge of wine by traveling to California and visiting some of the most prestigious wineries in the world. He has a passion for big California Cabernets and silky smooth Pinot Noirs from the Russian River Valley. Matt’s first love, however, is craft beer, and he enjoys introducing people to new beers from his growing list of favorites. Matt relocated his family to Dallas a few months ago, so be sure stop by and give him a big Texas welcome!
Heather Cioppa, Assistant Store Manager
Heather came to Total Wine & More a little over a year ago with 10 years of retail management experience. Since joining the company, Heather has developed a sophisticated palette through our extensive training program, and although she has developed an affinity for big, bold California Zinfandels, she is always on the lookout for something new. In addition to enjoying wine, Heather is a great resource for beer knowledge. Her favorites include heavy, rich and dark stouts and porters, but she is always looking to try new beers from the ever-evolving craft beer industry.
Courtney Linsenbard, Wine Manager
Courtney joined Total Wine & More over a year ago and was part of the opening crew at our Redondo Beach store. A California native, she grew up surrounded by the legacy of the California wine country. Courtney is a graduate of the Certified Sommelier Program at the French Culinary Institute. She achieved the status of Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. In the wine world, Champagne was one of her first loves, in addition to crisp New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs, full-bodied Zinfandels and Malbecs, and a list of other favorites that is constantly evolving.
 
Mia Vanmeter, Wine Supervisor
Mia joined Total Wine & More just over a year ago at our Thousand Oaks location in Southern California. She studied at UC Santa Barbara and earned her degree in Biology. It was in Santa Barbara that she first discovered her passion for wine. Mia is looking forward to bringing her experience and passion to the new Dallas location. If you need a recommendation for a bubbly, a Chardonnay or a big, bold California red, just ask Mia.
Bryan Flowers, Wine Associate
Bryan has been with Total Wine & More for a year, but his wine education began six years ago in the food service industry. He appreciates big, bold reds, especially Bordeaux, Rioja, and Cabernet Sauvignon. IPA's and Russian Imperial Stouts are Bryan's favorite styles of craft beer. When you want to try something new, come talk to Bryan and discover a new favorite!

 

Brennan Cash, Wine Supervisor
Brennan started with Total Wine & More in 2010 after graduating from Wingate University in North Carolina. Part of the draw of moving to Texas for Brennan was his passion for the outdoors, specifically hunting and fishing. Brennan has a appreciation for all types of wine, but his favorites are Italian wines and other full-bodied reds. Come say hello, and Brennan will be happy to assist you in planning your next occasion.
