Kristalweizen / Kristal Weizen

Sometimes called “Kristal Weissbier,” the yeast from this German-style Hefeweizen is filtered out after fermentation, leaving a crystal clear weizen beer with no haze or clouds. Exhibiting aroma and flavor characteristics similar to a Hefeweizen, Kristalweizen is generally perceived as more crisp and clean on the palate.
