Finca Los Maza is a state-of-the-art winery that continues an old family legacy. The Maza family wine tradition dates back to the early years of the 20th century and the love of the vine was carried on from generation to generation. Three generations forward, Alex Campbell (Maza family descendant) and his childhood friend Juan Tonconogy founded Finca Los Maza to continue this heritage of great wine.
Finca Los Maza uses only the finest grapes from the best areas of the family’s vineyards to produce their wines. Their tremendous family vineyard holdings allow them the ability to blend from key parcels to create wines of beautiful expression. The vineyards are located in the Uco valley, nestled at the foot of the Andes Mountains. The desert-like climate with large temperature swings between hot and cold creates wines of finesse and personality.
