Rated 2 out of 5 by Just ok Wouldn't buy again, a 2009 should be fully developed, but still had no complexity, just ok. May 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by gone bad I poured this bottle out it was so bad. I let it breath a good amount of time but even the smell was sour. January 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value For the money this is a great wine. Especially liked the oak aroma and taste. This wine is similar to a Silver Oak from Napa Valley but no where near the price. January 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice solid wine for the money Couldn't discern much of a nose at this point. Possibly some tobacco and cherries and/or strawberries. Up front when tasting you get an affirmation of the fruits on the nose along with some spice. At mid palate it changes to a nice blend of fruit and smooth tannins. On the start of the back side you get a nice blend of fruit and acidity which changes to being somewhat more acidic/bitter as it lingers on your palate. At this point could actually benefit from more time to breath or a bit longer in the cellar. Nothing too special but a nice solid wine for the money. May 30, 2013
