My favorite combo: this wine, ripe pears, proscuitto ham, and water crackers. Crisp and refreshing, with a breath of citrus on the nose. Good for those 100+ degree days when served lightly chilled.

Full, fruity, floral nose - very attractive, very aromatic. Somewhat different flavors in the mouth - more like Sauvignon Blanc. Initially this wine seems off-dry, but the sensation gives way to good acidity and a drier, crisper character. Not really to my taste - I prefer softer acidity and more sweetness in a white wine, but a nice wine none-the-less. This would be a good wine for fans of Sauvignon Blanc and perhaps a good compromise when trying to satisfy individuals with different ideas of what makes a good white wine.
I didn't have any trouble opening the bottle - so no need to find a different wine - could be I have a better cork puller than the previous reviewer.
A word about how I use these five star ratings -
I recognize that people have wildly different tastes, and I recognize that there are many different styles of winemaking for each variety of grape. I also recognize that most bottles of wine have been well crafted. That said, it is unlikely that we will encounter a truly bad bottle of bad wine, but it is inevitable that we will encounter wines that are not to our taste. Just because I don't like a wine does not mean it is a bad wine - it will appeal to someone. When I give a wine five stars, it means that I liked it, it met my expectations, and I will buy it again. If a wine does not meet my expectations, yet seems to be well made, I will probably give it three stars, and explain why the wine was not as I expected. I will also leave a comment so that you might determine if the wine will appeal to your taste.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by VAAP try to open it your self
It takes a lot of effort to remove and even more of an effort to remove it from the opener. My electric opener can barely remove it. My female Bartener cannot release the Cork from her opener. Because of this we have switch to another wine.
You may want to try it yourself when the wine is chilled.
