California- American Double / Imperial Pilsner- 9.5% ABV. GABF Silver Medal 2010. Hazy golden color with a small white head. Grassy hops and biscuity malts shine through, but are not overpowering. Sweet bready, herbal malt flavors arrive first, followed by grassy hops. Nicely balanced.
