Rated 4 out of 5 by Surprisingly good Someone brought this as a gift and I didn't expect to like it so much! Refreshing, light, and fruity but not too sweet. It accompanied my grilled pork tenderloin and veggies perfectly. It stays quite bubbly. Very enjoyable balanced wine. May 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Light and Flavorful This is the first sparkling wine I've bought that comes in a screw-cap bottle. It has a fruity aroma and tastes like pears and slightly sour apples. It is lightly effervescent and dry with enough sweetness to enhance the fruit flavors. It is quite peasant, and pretty well balanced.. I like it and will probably buy it again. May 1, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by easy drinking I am on the fence about this one. This wine is very nice, fruity and well balanced. It should appeal to most anyone. However, I am not a fan of prosecco. I would much rather be drinking something else. But if you must drink prosecco (to please your family or guests) the Riondo is certainly a good choice (although I prefer the Enza). I would be more enthusiastic about the Riondo if it displayed a distinguishing characteristic, such as a prominent flavor or scent. But, if it did, I suppose it would be out of character for this type of wine. A word about how I use these five star ratings - I recognize that people have wildly different tastes, and I recognize that there are many different styles of winemaking for each variety of grape. I also recognize that most bottles of wine have been well crafted. That said, it is unlikely that we will encounter a truly bad bottle of bad wine, but it is inevitable that we will encounter wines that are not to our taste. Just because I don't like a wine does not mean it is a bad wine - it will appeal to someone. When I give a wine five stars, it means that I liked it, it met my expectations, and I will buy it again. If a wine does not meet my expectations, yet seems to be well made, I will probably give it three stars, and explain why the wine was not as I expected. I will also leave a comment to help you determine if the wine will appeal to your taste. January 3, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Dreadful Prosecco Tried this because it had good reviews? Thought it was awful --- not sparkly enough, sour taste. July 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by great deal My wife bought a case just recently and we are almost out. We had a bunch of people over for a cookout and everyone loved it. Now I have a bunch of beer left over and need to go get more Prosecco! July 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Light and fruity Delightfully surprised by this delicious and fruity sparkling wine. It was great for a Mother's Day toast- even the normally "non-wine" drinkers enjoyed it. May 23, 2013

Wine Advocate - This effusively fruity, light-bodied offering offers terrific floral notes, persistent effervescence, and a clean, delicate finish. It is an ideal aperitif to enjoy over the next year. It is an amazing Prosecco.
