Discovered St. Germain a few years ago at a sophisticated San Francisco bar and I've been a devotee ever since. The taste is unique and delicate and quite addictive. My favorite use for this liqueur (and there are many) is in a margarita, where St. Germain replaces the triple sec (or other orange-flavored liqueur typically used in margaritas). Try it and you'll fall in love.

Absolutely delicious over a few rocks after dinner and to enjoy slowly. The elderberry flower is quite the flower when you read up on it.....short season and a refined area where it can grow! Loads of various mixer recipes!! Delicious!!

Try equal parts gin, St Germain, tonic water, and splash of lime juice. But my favorite is vodka, St Germain, white grapefruit juice in a highball glass with salted rim-as always, adjust amounts for taste. I wish this came in gallon jugs. I love it.
