Reminders
- Complimentary wine tastings are provided for seated meetings/gatherings only and are only offered when 14 or more people are in attendance.
- All tastings must be approved by Total Wine & More and all wine must be poured by a Total Wine & More team member in tasting portions associated with a preset wine tasting (complimentary or paid). Total Wine does not permit any type of unsupervised tastings and attendees are not allowed to bring in or purchase any type of alcohol to serve in the private room. Under no circumstances will spirits be offered or poured.
- Total Wine does not allow anyone to use the private room for personal profit. This includes any type of charge for guests to attend the meeting and/or tasting being hosted. Total Wine also does not allow the sale of products other than those sold in our stores in our private rooms.
- Total Wine & More provides public WiFi access in all of its locations. Please note: We are not responsible if the system is down or has a slow processing speed during the time of your meeting.
- Downloading presentations, videos or other materials onto our computers is not permitted. Please come equipped with a laptop.
- Total Wine does not allow marketing or promotional materials for your gathering to be placed in our stores.
