Book Our Room – Using the Room
Notes about Using our Education Centers
Businesses. Any local business or group/club can book the room free of charge for up to two meetings a month. Please note that we do not allow the sale of products other than those sold in our stores in our private rooms. Total Wine does not allow marketing or promotional materials for your gathering to be placed in our stores. This includes fliers, business cards, coin cans, etc. All meetings and groups for private tastings must have at least 10 people in attendance.
Timing. All meetings must be booked 3 weeks in advance, and begin after the store opens and end at least 30 minutes before store closing. Other than that, meetings can be booked on any day of the week provided that the room is not already in use. All classrooms are closed on holiday weekends and during the month of December.
Technology. Total Wine & More provides public WiFi access in all of its locations. Please note that we are not responsible if the system is down or has a slow processing speed during the time of your meeting. If there is not a computer available for customer use, you will need to bring your own laptop to hook up to the projector.
Food & Drinks. You are more than welcome to bring in food or catering, we just ask that you help with clean up. Though cheese, crackers, and bread are provided with our paid private tasting packages, we do not offer any catering services. All wine available in the room must be poured by a Total Wine & More team member in tasting portions associated with a complimentary or paid wine tasting. Under no circumstances will spirits be offered or poured.
