What is &MORE Rewards?

&MORE Rewards is Total Wine & More’s free rewards program, where customers collect points for every purchase. For every 5,000 points a member collects, they’ll receive a $5 Reward!

How do I join &MORE Rewards?

You can join in any Participating Store by providing an email address and phone number, or online by visiting TotalWine.com/Register. View a complete list of participating stores.

If I’m already a Total Discovery member do I need to sign up to be a part of &MORE Rewards?

No! Members of the Total Discovery program are automatically enrolled in &MORE Rewards. Continue to provide your phone number to begin earning Rewards.

What stores currently participate in &MORE rewards?

The &MORE Rewards program is only available in our Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin or online at TotalWine.com. Program type varies by state.

Why is my email required to join &MORE Rewards?

All the perks of &MORE Rewards are sent via email. In order to enroll and receive &MORE Rewards program perks, you need to provide a valid email address at the time of sign-up.

Collecting Points

How do I collect points in &MORE Rewards?

As a member of &MORE Rewards, you’ll collect points on all items in store (except those paid for with a gift card) when you provide your phone number at checkout. You’ll also collect points on TotalWine.com purchases as long as you’re logged into your account (except those paid for with a gift card).

How many points do I collect for my purchases?

As an &MORE Rewards member, you’ll collect 10 points per dollar on virtually all items in store (except those paid for with a gift card). We’ll also offer exciting bonus point opportunities from time to time, such as during Bonus Point Promotions.

How will Total Wine & More track my points?

All the points you collect are added to two separate buckets:

  • Reward Points: Every time you collect 5,000 points, those points are converted into a $5 Reward and the Reward Points bucket starts back at 0.
  • Year to Date (YTD) Points: All the points you collect in the calendar year are used to achieve or renew tier status; YTD points begin accruing on January 1st and re-set on December 31st of every year.

What do my points get me?

Every time you collect 5,000 points, you’ll receive a $5 Reward to use in store or online on a future purchase. Points are also used to achieve tier status; at each tier you’ll receive additional perks! Learn more about the perks that are available to you >

Do my points ever expire?

Yes – Reward Points will expire 12 months after they are collected.

YTD points, which accrue to reach status, re-set on December 31st of every year.

What if I didn’t get points for an in-store purchase; how do I get credit for those?

You can submit a request to get your missing points for any purchase made within the last 90 days by filling out this request form. Members can also request missing in-store purchases by logging in to their account online and entering receipt information on the Request Missing Points link. Requests will be processed weekly. A confirmation email will be sent acknowledging successful requests.
(Currently, we are unable to award points based on online purchases if the member was not logged into their account at the time of purchase.)

Rewards

How do I earn a Reward?

You’ll earn a $5 Reward for every 5,000 points you collect in-store or online.

How will I receive a Reward once I’ve earned it?

A Reward will be sent by email the day after being earned. You’ll need to be subscribed to receive Total Wine & More’s marketing emails and have your preferred store set to a Participating Store.

Why do I need to bring my Reward into the store to redeem?

Rewards are personal to you. The store does not have access to them for security reasons. Your Reward unlocks your personal Rewards, so you’ll need to bring it on your phone or printed out in order to use it!

How long is my Reward good for?

Your Reward expires 90 days from the day it is earned.

What products can I redeem my Reward on?

You can redeem your Reward on virtually anything in the store. Only the following items are excluded*:

  • Purchase of a gift card
  • Events or Classes
  • Ice
  • Bottle deposits
  • Cigar boxes
  • Keg and tap deposits
  • Tap and tub rental fees
  • Taxes

Where can I use my Rewards?

&MORE Rewards are valid for redemption only in Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin or online at TotalWine.com. Redeemable products vary by state.

Can I combine my Reward with other coupons?

Yes! Rewards can be combined and stacked on top of other coupons or discounts.

Can I use just a part of my Reward?

No, Rewards must be used in $5 increments.

What if I lost my Reward?

Call our Customer Service team at (855) 328- 9463, and they can have it re-sent to you!

Will I get Reward for all the points I earned prior to the launch of &MORE Rewards?

No, Reward Points start accruing with the launch of the &MORE rewards program in your state. We will continue to track your YTD points (January 1st - December 31st), and you will keep your tier status.

Once I activate a deal, can I redeem it immediately?

Yes, you will be able to redeem your activated deals within a few minutes of activation.

Is there a limit to the number of deals I can activate in my account?

There is no limit to the number of deals that may be activated.

How do I know when the deals expire?

The deals may expire at different times. The deals expiration date is displayed on each deals.

How will I know if the deals were applied to my purchase?

On Totalwine.com, when a deal is applied, the deal description will appear in the Order Summary under “My Discounts.” In the app, the deal description will appear under “Add a coupon or promo code” and will state “Offer Successfully Added.” The dollar savings that were deducted from the subtotal will be noted. In-store, the deal description will appear on the receipt beneath the item to which it was applied, noting the dollar savings.

What happens if the deal discount does not come off my purchase?

We make every effort to ensure that our deals are easy to understand and use. While we do our best to prevent such errors, they may occur and we try to correct them as quickly as possible. Can I print out my deals page and bring that in store to redeem my deals?

No. You must activate your deal in your account online or in the app and they will then automatically be applied to eligible product at checkout.

Why am I no longer seeing a deal in my account?

Deals will no longer show in your account when they are redeemed or if they expire.

If I return an item for which I used a deal and received bonus points, can I reuse that deal next time I shop?

Unfortunately, once a deal has been redeemed, it cannot be added back to the account to use again.

If I change my preferred store, will my deals change?

Deals are given for your preferred store at the time of offer start. If you change your preferred store when deals are still valid, your deals will remain the same and may not apply at your new preferred store due to local availability and regulations.

Tier-Based Perks

How do I earn tier status?

&MORE Rewards members achieve “status” in one of the three tiers by collecting YTD points with each purchase.

  • Select: 0-4,999 YTD points*
  • Reserve: 5,000-24,999 YTD points*
  • Grand Reserve: 25,000+ YTD points*

*Must be earned during the calendar year (January 1- December 31st)

What other perks do I get with my tier status?

A few examples of perks are Wine Gift bags and Magazine Subscriptions.

  • Wine Gift Bags or Reusable Totes: Reserve Members can select 1 wine gift bag or reusable tote valued at $3.99 or less per month with any purchase in store, where available and while supplies last. Grand Reserve Members can select 2 wine gift bags or reusable totes, each valued at $3.99 or less, per month with any purchase in store, where available and while supplies last. Customers must electronically redeem coupon in their account, which they will be notified of via email.
  • Magazines: Grand Reserve Members may select one magazine valued at $12 or less, six times per year, while supplies last. To take advantage of this benefit, customers must electronically redeem coupon in their account, which they will be notified of via email and select one magazine among those available at that time. Eligible magazines include Wine Spectator, Cigar Aficionado or Whiskey Advocate.

Will I ever lose my tier status?

At the beginning of each calendar year, a member’s YTD points balance is reset to zero. While points are reset to zero on January 1st of each year, a member’s tier status is maintained in the year it is earned plus the following calendar year. In order to retain your tier status, you need to earn a balance greater than or equal to the tier status point threshold in the following calendar year.

How do I update my information?

To update your information, sign into your account at TotalWine.com and click “Update Account Details” on the homepage. From there, you can make all the changes you’d like!

I signed up for &MORE Rewards in-store, how do I access my online account?

You’ll need to “claim your account” online. To do this, enter two of the following pieces of information on this form:

  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Member Number

I have an &MORE Rewards account, but I’m not receiving any emails.
