California- English Barley Wine- 12.5% ABV. BARREL AGED. Mash starts as an English-style Barleywine and gets its American edge with Bourbon barrel aging. Balanced, with notes of burnt caramel, toasted bread, ripe pear, dried figs, vanilla, toasted coconut and finishes with oak tannin.
