Texas- Fruit Lambic- 7% ABV. A blend of brown ales refermented with molasses and inoculated in wine barrels with lactobacillus, then bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces bruxellensis. The flavor profile is of dark orchard fruits, raisinets, and faint molasses.
