Georgia- American Wild Ale- 6.0% ABV. American wild sour ale created with mixed fermentation, using a strain of Lactobacillus in tandem with Belgian yeast. The "funk" character was further enhanced by the addition of Brettanomyces while aging in previously used oak barrels.
