Mexico- Saison/Farmhouse Ale. A Golden Ale brewed with barley, agave sap, green prickly pears from Morelos, and lemon balm from Xochimilco. The agave sap is from Maguey Pulquero from Coahuila. A refreshing ale with cucumber-like flavors, and hints of sweet mint and citrus.
