Colorado- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 8.4% ABV. Cellared over a year, the aged Valor is light in color with a mid range ABV and a depth of flavor that is astounding. The Brettanomyces wild yeast gives the beer a lemony tartness and a hint of jasmine.
