Texas- American Wild Ale- 8.2% ABV. A Weizenbock BARREL AGED 6-12 months in freshly emptied red wine barrels with lees and sediment present. A mixed culture of wild yeast and souring bacteria dries out the residual sugar and adds a funky, tart character amidst tobacco and oak notes.
