Utah- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.2% ABV. Pours a hazy golden body. Aromas of Belgian yeast spice, lemons, and a hint of apple. Tart up front, followed by a sweetness, then cucumber and a hint of melon. Overall this is one interesting beer. Complex, refreshing, and evolving with each taste.
