Wyoming- Fruit Lambic- 4.0% ABV. We kept the same base recipe, starting with a tart wheat ale, then added plums and a touch of anise & hyssop. The subtle spice character plays nicely with the rich flavors of juicy plum, creating a beautiful melody worth sampling again and again.
