Idaho- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 8.0% ABV. Wheat ale soured with Lactobacillus & aged with Brettanomyces in oak barrels from 16-24 months. Bright, Juicy, Oaky but extremely balanced flavored. A great example of how mineral rich water can be displayed in a beer.
