California- American Pale Ale- GABF Silver Medal 2008. For batch # 1500 we decided to brew a big hoppy beer, yet make it quaffable by keeping the ABV down. Loads of Simcoe and Centennial hops are blended in just after fermentation has finished to impart huge pine & citrus aromas.
