United States - California - Rich, black color with some brown foam and some lacing. Aroma of burnt sugar, chocolate, maple syrup with toffee, some resinous undertones, and notes of coffee, date, licorice/anise. Slightly sweet and subtly bitter. Medium body, mild carbonation.
