Connecticut- Gose- 4.2% ABV. Classic gose - sour and salty interplay with the unmistakable character of tart Italian plums. Plum Gose is pinkish in color and decidedly refreshing. Kettle soured in our own tanker truck trailer - a former milk tanker parked on the grounds of our brewery.
