Euro Dark Lagers range from amber to brown in color and exhibit full flavors and unique character. Generally malt-forward in aroma and taste, they feature background hop flavors that balance that malt sweetness. These dark beers were inspired by classic German dark-beer styles, so they display their German roots in combination with other characteristics reflective of the country of origin – “Euro” here refers to the style, not the source, of the beer – and the brewer’s intent.
