Connecticut Rauchbier- 6.3% ABV. Based on a traditional German Rauchbier with the smoke dialed way back. Red in color, hints of caramel, biscuit and a slight smokiness from the addition of beechwood smoked malt. Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh for a clean noble hop profile.
