Missouri- American Wild Ale- BARREL AGED for three months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces Lambicus yeast. Pale yellow color. Aroma of zesty lemon, white pepper, and slight Brett funk. Flavor of crackery malt, citrus and stone fruits, peppery spice, tartness and a dry vinous finish.
