Product Highlights

California- American IPA- 6.5% ABV. Started by brewing a mixed-culture sour base beer with the addition of a massive amount of Mosaic hops in the whirlpool. Finished with an intense double dry-hopping regimen of Citra, Simcoe, Galaxy and Nugget in the barrels and the blending tank.
