California- American Wile Ale- 8.9% ABV. BARREL AGED. Fermented with a combination of Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes from owner David Walker's family vineyard and a light base beer with wild yeasts, then aged between one and three years in French oak barrels and blended.
