Product Highlights

Idaho- American Wild Ale. We initially fermented this beer with our house ale yeast then transferred the beer to oak barrels. A careful blend, we continue producing unique sour style ales, inoculating many with rare and exotic strains of Lactobacillus, Brettanomyces, and Pediococcus.
