California- American Wild Ale- 7% ABV. SOUR ALE. Pours a deep orange-brown. Aged in French oak Pinot Noir barrels with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus strains and sour cherries. Very tart with a barnyard character; shows complexities of fruit, acidity, & wine-like tannins.
