Netherlands-Specialty Beer- 8.5%ABV. Brewed by Proef for Jopen (www.jopen.nl). Until 2006 brewed by Van Steenberge. Koyt is a dark beer with a warming herbal taste. The reddish-brown Koyt is the strong version of the old gruit beer. Note: this is not a kuit/kuyt!
