Show off your mixology skills this St. Patrick's Day with an iced mint Irish coffee. It's a fun spin on a classic Irish coffee recipe that goes perfectly with your green shamrock decor.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. irish whiskey
- 1 oz. crème de menthe
- 1 1/2 oz. ounce irish cream liqueur
- 4 oz. iced coffee
- 1 cup(s) ice
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
Instructions
- Add whiskey, Irish cream liqueur, crème de menthe, iced coffee and 1/2 cup ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Place the lid on the shaker, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds or until well combined.
- Strain into a glass filled with 1/2 cup fresh ice, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
