- Ice
- 1 oz. Dark Rum
- 4 oz. ginger beer
- 1 slice lime, to garnish
- Mint sprig to garnish
Instructions
- Pour ginger beer into glass with ice.
- Float Dark Rum into glass by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with lime slice and mint sprig.
