Ingredients
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 1 fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- In a Julep cup, lightly muddle the syrup and mint.
- Add the Bourbon and pack tightly with crushed ice.
- Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside.
- Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome and garnish with a mint sprig.
