Colombia - Aguardiente Sour
Ingredients
- 2 part(s) Aguardiente
- 3/4 part(s) lime juice
- 3/4 part(s) simple syrup
- Egg white
- Lime wheel for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Shake very hard without adding ice to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker tin and shake hard again.
- Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wheel (optional).
