Rally round this playful island take on the Negroni. Dark rum, Campari, sweet Vermouth and sparkling wine will whisk you away.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup(s) Dark Rum
- 1 cup(s) red bitter aperitif
- 1 cup(s) Sweet Vermouth
- 2 bottle(s) sparkling wine (750ml, chilled)
- 12 lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the Rum, Aperitif, and Vermouth in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Chill until ready to serve, at least 2-3 hours.
- To serve: Pour 2 oz. of the Rum mixture into an ice-filled glass and top off with 2-3 oz. of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
