Bee's Knees Highball
Ingredients
- 2 part(s) London Dry Gin
- 3/4 part(s) Honey syrup
- 1/2 part(s) Lemon juice
- 4 part(s) BuzBee's Botanical tonic
- lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- Add gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker tin, add ice, and shake.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with tonic water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
