  1. In the bottom of a small mug, mix together butterscotch syrup, Dark Rum and Butterscotch Liqueur.
  2. Add one cup of sparkling apple cider.
  3. The butterbeer will foam up naturally, but if desired, you can top it with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
  4. Serve immediately.
