Ingredients
- 2 part(s) Gold Rum
- 1/2 part(s) Café Granita Coffee Liqueur
- 1 part(s) Espresso (chilled)
- 1/2 part(s) sweetened condensed milk
- Espresso beans for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, adding sweetened condensed milk last.
- Add ice and shake VERY hard to integrate the sweetened condensed milk.
- Strain out the ice, reseal the shaker, and shake again briefly.
- Pour into a martini glass and garnish with espresso beans (optional).
