Ingredients
- 2 part(s) Gin
- 3/4 part(s) Lemon juice
- 1 part(s) Grenadine or raspberry syrup
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and seal. Shake hard without ice for at least 20 seconds in order to emulcify the egg white.
- After dry shake, add ice to shaker tin and shake hard with ice.
- Fine strain into a coupe glass.
