Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
Splash of lime juice
Ice
1 bottle(s) pink ginger beer
Sliced strawberry, for garnish

Instructions

Pour Vodka, Elderflower Liqueur, and a splash of lime juice into a cocktail shaker over ice.
Shake vigorously, then strain into a stemless Champagne flute.
Top with pink ginger beer.
Garnish with a sliced strawberry.
