Ingredients
- 1 1/2 part(s) Gin
- 1 part(s) Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 part(s) Lemon juice
- 4 part(s) Sparkling wine
- 1 Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients but sparkling wine to cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake.
- Fine strain into a champagne flute or coupe glass.
- Top with sparkling wine and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
